Federation of Korea Abacus
Korean abacus education is evolving from a past-oriented, spoon-fed education to a 'brain development certification education' starting in the year 2000, the millennium era.
Abacus, the basic language of mathematics education in the global era, is the first step toward STEA M (integrated education). It is a basic mathematical education that greatly helps prevent dementia in the elderly, which is rapidly increasing, and reduce the number of math dropouts.
Starting with neighboring China, Japan, and India, especially after UNESCO designated it as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2013, the use of abacuses has been rapidly spreading throughout the world, starting with Southeast Asian countries, and then to the United States, Central Asia, Europe, and more.
In order to spread the love for the country and the excellence of the Korean people, we are working to spread the excellence of abacus and mental arithmetic by preparing to widely distribute 'Abacus and mental arithmetic starting with Hangul' to Koreans in Korea and around the world.

Obtain a Japanese qualification
2020.01.29. Passed the qualification exam conducted in Japan with excellent scores to obtain the qualification of 10th Dan of Abacus and 10th Dan of Mental Arithmetic certified by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan (Ministry of Education of Korea) in a neighboring country.
56th WaT Mental Arithmetic Qualification Test Nationwide Implementation
2020.11.14. and 21. The 56th WaT qualification exam was completed, although many friends were unable to take it due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The 11th Korea Abacus Olympiad, held at the Gyeonggi Arts Center Convention Hall on December 23, 2019, was a success.

Participation in the All Japan Abacus Championships
2019.08.08. Five players of the national team level from the Republic of Korea participated in the All Japan Abacus Championships. This is the second time that the Korean national team has participated in the competition, which has been held every year on August 8 since 1946.
Visit to the World Jujutsu Federation and the China Jujutsu Association (Beijing)
2019.11.18~20 Beijing, China's Zhushan Education Center and the China Zhushan Association Office held an international exchange event for the hosting of the World Championships in Korea.
